The Hazel Robinson Amphitheatre, home of the Montford Park Players, North Carolina's longest running Shakespeare Festival, is a lovely outdoor venue seating nearly 1,000 spectators, located on the campus of the Montford Community Center. The Amphitheatre, with its newly rebuild upper stagehouse in Elizabethan style, is available for rent during the spring, summer and fall, pending use by the Players for their outdoor season of free Shakespeare Under the Stars.
